Something broken, confusing, or missing? Write to us — a person reads it.

Include your account email and, if it is about one script, its title. We usually answer within a couple of days.

Getting started

• One account, every device. Sign in on scriptpilot.film and in the phone app with the same email — your shelf is the same in both places.
• Formatting is automatic. Type INT. or EXT. and it becomes a scene heading; ALL CAPS on its own line becomes a character; Enter lands you on dialogue. Tab cycles all eight element types.
• Flight Mode locks everything behind you until you hit your page target.

Getting your work out

On the web, open a script and use Export: PDF (industry-standard, with a title page), Final Draft (.fdx), Fountain, or plain text. Import works the same way for .fdx and .fountain files. Nothing you write is locked in.

Account questions

• Forgot your password? Email us and we will send a reset.
• Wrong email on the account? Email us from the address on the account.
• Is it free? Yes — Script Pilot is free during early access. There are no purchases inside the app.

Deleting your account and your data

You can do it yourself, immediately, from either surface:

• Phone app: open the shelf (the first tab) and tap Delete account at the bottom, then confirm.
• Web: sign in at scriptpilot.film and click Delete account in the dashboard header, then type DELETE to confirm.

This permanently removes your login and everything stored under your account — all documents, every saved version of them, uploaded Dev Board photos and key art, any table-read audio, and any push-notification token. It cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

Prefer we handle it? Email shortbreadapps@gmail.com from your account's email address with the subject Delete my account and we will delete it and confirm when it is done.
